From September 2022 to October 2022-LEALC was engaged in a consultancy arrangement with Lutheran World Relief (LWR) to implement a project titled “Pareto ni Pesa”. The project aims to strengthen capacity of Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Societies (AMCOS)engaging in Pyrethrum crop production within Ileje and Mbeya Rural Districts in Mbeya Region. By the end of September 2022 two AMCOS were established and capacity of its members and leaders built to increase income of smallholder farmers from pyrethrum activities.
