LEALC was engaged in a consultancy arrangement with Lutheran World Relief (LWR) to implement a project titled “Pareto ni Pesa”. The project aims to strengthen capacity of Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Societies (AMCOS)engaging in Pyrethrum crop production within Ileje and Mbeya Rural Districts in Mbeya Region. By the end of September 2022 two AMCOS were established and capacity of its members and leaders built to increase income of smallholder farmers from pyrethrum activities.
LEALC was engaged by TANESCO SACCOS to conduct a training on labour Law, Probate and Administration of Estate & Trust to their staff.
LEALC was engaged in a Consultancy work with Lutheran World Relief (LWR) to implement a project titled “Pareto ni Pesa”. Project designed to strengthen market linkage and business relationship between smallholder pyrethrum farmers in Iringa Region (Mufindi and Iringa Rural District). Where three AMCOS were updated, and capacity of its members was enhanced.
Between June 2018 and March 2021 – LEALC has been able to facilitate the full registration and strengthen capacity of 35 new companies in term of organization structure, management, legal knowledge, developing of organization documents Etc.
Between June 2018 and March 2021 – LEALC has been able to provide corporate legal services to 40 different companies who seek for the range of different legal services such as legal advice, review of legal documents, contract drafting, attestation of company documents, just to mention a few.
In July - September 2020 - LEALC was engaged as a consultant of Lutheran World Relief who implementing a project titled “Pareto ni Pesa” (Pyrethrum for money). LEALC conducted baseline survey, review and amend of 3 AMCOS whereas 240 members were reached. The project was designed to strengthen market linkages and business relation between smallholder pyrethrum farmers in Iringa Region (Kilolo, Mufindi and Iringa Rural Districts) focusing on crop production and post-harvest processing at the producer level and selling/buying at the processor level of the value chain.
LEALC was engaged as a service provider on the project between Rural Urban Development Initiative (RUDI) and Agricultural Market Development Trust AMDT on Enabling Market System Change in Maize Value Chain (EMSC- MVC), where LEALC managed to conduct a baseline survey and Commercial Legal Knowledge training 73 Farmers Organizations, Review of Farmers organization legal documents and formalization of 30 Farmer organizations.
LEALC was engaged as a service provider on the project between Building Rural Income Through Enterprise (BRITEN) and Agricultural Market Development Trust (AMDT) on Sustainable & Inclusive Maize Value Chain Development Project SIM–VC), where LEALC managed to a baseline survey and conduct Commercial Legal Knowledge training 75 Farmers Organizations, Review of Farmers organization legal documents and formalization of 30 Farmer organizations.

In February and March 2019 - LEALC Conducted a baseline survey and Commercial Legal Knowledge Trainings to smallholder farmers in Katavi Cluster in Tanzania under SUKA project Linking Farmers to Input and out market to spur maize, beans, soybean productivity (PiATA TIJA) in Tanzania project implemented by Building Rural Incomes through Enterprise (BRITEN)and funded by Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). Where 48 Farmers Organizations were trained.
In March 2019 - LEALC conducted a baseline survey and Commercial Legal Knowledge Trainings to smallholder farmers in Ihemi-Ludewa Cluster in Tanzania under SUKA project Linking Farmers to Input and out market to spur maize, beans, soybean productivity (PiATA TIJA) in Tanzania project implemented by Building Rural Incomes through Enterprise (BRITEN) and funded by Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA)of which 68 Farmers Organizations were trained.
In June 2018 - LEALC conducted Baseline survey and Commercial Legal Knowledge Training to 35 Mama Lishe, operating in Kizota area in Dodoma region. The organization also supported these Mama Lishe to form and register their association and designing their constitution. This assignment was also contracted by Kimolo Super Rice for the same project supported by MEDA
